  Analysis & Planning

  In the first step, Solaran works with the homeowner association (HOA) to identify its needs, challenges, and goals regarding a potential solar project. Based on this, a custom design for a photovoltaic system is created. Additionally, the owners receive a well-founded assessment of potential financial savings and expected electricity generation.

  Decision & Approval

  Solaran provides templates to help place the topic on the agenda of a homeowner meeting. Upon request, Solaran can also attend the meeting to present the project and answer any questions. Once the owners give their approval, the system design is further developed. Solaran also supports the application for funding, creates a detailed project schedule, and connects the WEG with suitable third-party providers and service partners.

  Implementation & Operation

  Once the decision is made, Solaran assists the HOA with the system’s installation and oversees the entire process. Even after the system goes online, Solaran remains a contact partner, ensuring sustainable operation and regular maintenance. The goal is to promote long-term savings and climate-friendly power generation. Additionally, Solaran helps the HOA implement a fair and practical system for billing and distributing the generated electricity.
