5-Step Plan for Your Solar System

We have developed a 5-step process that serves as a roadmap to help you implement solar energy in your homeowners’ association (HOA).

Initial Contact and Needs Assessment

In the first step, we assess the needs of the owners and analyze the property. Our inquiry form collects key information about the building’s structure and the planned use of electrical consumers such as heat pumps or electric car charging stations. This helps us determine the energy requirements and assess the technical and legal feasibility. The goal is to establish a well-informed basis for decision-making.

Initial Consultation

In a personal consultation, we clarify technical possibilities, subsidies, and economic aspects. As a neutral partner, we help find the best solution and an appropriate operational model. Additionally, we facilitate communication between all parties involved. By the end, the owners will understand how the project will proceed and what the next steps are.

Decision-making by the Homeowners’ Association (HOA)

Since a collective decision is required, we provide comprehensive materials and support the owners during the HOA meeting. If necessary, we facilitate the discussion and address any open questions. The goal is to achieve broad agreement to enable the implementation. After the decision is made, detailed planning begins.

Economic and Feasibility Analysis

After the HOA’s approval, we examine the technical and financial feasibility. This includes power yield, system size, investment costs, subsidies, and long-term profitability. Based on these results, we develop a detailed technical plan that includes all necessary materials and provides a step-by-step installation guide. These analyses form the basis for final planning and commissioning.

Installation and Commissioning

We connect the HOA with reliable specialists for the installation and support the coordination of the entire process. During the construction phase, we oversee the project and assist with organizational questions. After commissioning, we help with applying for subsidies and connecting the system to the grid. Finally, we connect the owners with competent partners for the operation and monitoring of the system.
